Report a Problem


To report a problem, you can report water main breaks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. For problems Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, call (972) 442-6811. For problems after 5:00 pm, on weekends, or on holidays, call (972) 442-6811 ext. 331.
