Residential customers receive weekly trash and curbside recycling collection. Trash (blue) and recycling (green) carts must be at the curb no later than 7:00 am each Thursday. Effective March 30, 2018, residences on the east side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive trash/recycle pickup schedule will change to every Friday. Residences on the west side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive will continue to be picked up every Thursday.

Bulk Trash Service
In addition to weekly trash and recycle pick-up, a bulk trash pick-up is provided.
Bulk Trash Collection is provided for items generated from your residence that are too large to fit in your residential trash cart and brush items. Items include appliances, furniture, trees, tree limbs, brush, plants and/or leaves. Bulk service is for your residential items only. Bulk limit maximum is 10 cubic yards each month per the new contract in February 2016.
Per Ordinance No. 777, dated August 4, 2020 and effective September 1, 2020: It is a violation of this ordinance to place or store Bulky or Brush items less than 25 feet from the edge of the surface of the road or anywhere that may be visible to the public before the Thursday prior to the Monday of the week such items are scheduled to be removed by the City's solid waste service provider.
Residents may place their bulky or brush items within 10 feet from the edge of the roadbed the Thursday prior to Monday of the week such items are scheduled to be removed by the City solid waste service provider. Violators may be fined up to $500.00 per each offense.
Bulk/Brush items are to be set out on Monday by 7:00 AM on your scheduled bulk pickup week of collection and placed in the same location as normal trash carts. Residents west of Dillehay Drive and Hogge Road are scheduled for the 3rd Monday week of each month. Residents east of Dillehay Drive and Hogge Road are scheduled for the 4th Monday week of each month. Republic Services has until the end of the scheduled bulk week to recover your items. Observed holidays could cause a delay in pickup.
