1. How do I start or cancel utility service?

2. Water is coming out of the ground. What should I do?

Water coming out of the ground could be caused by a broken water line or ground water seepage. Please contact Public Works / Utilities at (972) 442-6811 so that a crew can be dispatched to investigate the problem. Emergency water main breaks can be reported after 5:00 pm or on weekends or holidays by calling (469) 479-8679.

3. What time should my trash / recycling be set out?

Trash and recycling carts are emptied every Thursday.  All carts should be set out by 7am.  Effective March 30, 2018, residences on the east side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive trash/recycle pickup schedule will change to every Friday.  Residences on the west side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive will continue to be picked up every Thursday.  

4. Where does Parker get its water?

The City of Parker purchases its water from North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD). NTMWD’s main source of water comes for Lake Lavon.

5. What day is bulk trash pickup?

If you reside on the West Side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive, your bulk trash will be picked up the week of every third (3rd) Monday of the month.

If you reside on the East Side of Dillehay Drive / Hogge Drive, your bulk trash will be picked up the week of every fourth (4th) Monday of the month.

Please have your bulk items out by Monday at 7:00 a.m. to have them picked up during your scheduled week.
