  | Code Enforcement | Under the general direction of the City Administrator, performs a variety of skilled field and office work involved in the administration and enforcement of the City’s Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System (TPDES), and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for permit regulations relating to the City’s Stormwater permit which includes oversight of the Construction Site Inspection Program, while also conducting illicit discharge investigations, Stormwater outfall inspections, spill response, and assisting in the education of our citizens and employees of the city. |
