Annual, Routine Maintenance

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), water supplier for the city of Parker,  will temporarily change the disinfectant in its water treatment process from March 3 through 31, 2025. This annual, routine change is necessary to maintain the regional system and year-round water quality. Additional information provided by NTMWD.

Water Quality

The City is committed to providing the highest quality, most cost-effective, and reliable water system meeting all state and federal requirements. Annual water reports are provided by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Report a Problem

After hours water emergencies are handled by the on-call meter technician.   Call 469-479-8679 to have your water turned off for emergency repair only. Meter techs are not able to accept water payments and they do not have access to any billing information.  The water portal is your best source of hour by hour water consumption details.
